Senior Stretch is a group exercise class designed to help with flexibility, balance, muscular endurance and relaxation techniques.  This is a 45 minute class designed for “every body”.  All poses are performed either seated in a chair or standing. (No floor exercises.) You do not need to remove your shoes or bring a yoga mat to class.  Please dress comfortably and bring water to drink.

Tuesday and Thursday: 10:30 to 11:15am.

Free to members.
