Senior Classic is an emphasis on exercises for upper and lower body.  Designed to help muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily independent living. Resistance tools and a chair are used in this 30 minute class, that is designed to assist your individual need and support physical therapy.  Please dress comfortably and bring water to drink.

Tuesday and Thursday: 1:00 to 1:45 pm.
